I am the owner and sole potter of WAZU Ceramics and More.  I got my start a couple of years back while taking a clay hand building class at a local art center with Bill Martin who currently works for MacKenzie Child's Pottery in Aurora, NY.  It was then that I knew that I had "bonded " with clay and that I could express my unique talent as an artisan. Since then, I studied under two other accomplished potters.   I continue to learn more and perfect my techniques with every piece that I throw on the potter's wheel.

A portion of the revenue generated from EVERY sale goes directly to NAMI CAYUGA, a grassroots affiliate of NAMI NYS.  The acronym stands for National Alliance on Mental Illness.  Its mission is to provide advocacy, education and support about mental illness in the hopes of one day eradicating the stigma that is associated with this NO FAULT disease of the brain.
